    Hi,

    Anyone having trouble accessing profile link from https://happy-customer.support/ ? I am getting 403 forbidden error.

    I am facing the same problem. I tried refreshing the page but it says “403 Forbidden Error”.
    Please help.

    Hi Pooja, thanks for letting us know about the problem. I have adjusted a setting on this end which should allow you to have access to the profile page. Can you please try visiting the link to the profile page again?

    You may need to load the page twice before the profile page appears correctly. Sorry for the difficulty with that!

    I tried refreshing the link twice but the profile page does not appear for me and I am getting the “403 Forbidden” message.

    I’ve adjusted a setting on your accounts, and you all should now be able to access your profile screen.

    Please let us know if you continue to have issues with this!

    The problem was solved. After opening it in a secret window, the login screen came out.
