Hi everyone! Late to the party because I have a cold, but I’m here to get started. 🙂 I’m the US help desk lead for a company called Trustpilot. Our headquarters are in Copenhagen and I got to visit last year! It’s a great city. I also love the city where I live in the US – Denver, Colorado.

My blog is here, but I have it marked as private, so I’m not sure if you’ll be able to see it. 😬 There’s no reason for it to be private other than I just created it to be a sandbox of sorts.

    So, hi! 👋

    Hello everyone!

Oh God, I am so late here. Had some issues with my email server. Anyway, my name is Archana and I am from Gujarat. I work for a company BuddyBoss as a Technical Support Specialist.

I am looking forward to enhancing my skills and I’m really intrigued by the thought of getting a chance to be a HE at the Automattic.

Here is my blog where I write my stories and experiences.

It’s really great to meet you all! 🙂

I am late but please let me introduce myself.

    Hi everyone,

It’s good to read everyone’s introduction. I am joining the course a bit late but in process of catching.

    Let me introduce myself.

I am Meher K Bala from Mumbai India. I am a Freelance WordPress Consultant. I have helped people build their dream websites using WordPress.

I applied for this course because I wanted to know what are the key points which makes someone good at support.

For this course, I have created a food blog, named Bandra Foodie.

Hi everyone! I’m arriving a little late, so it’s so fun to see everyone who’s here already: you all sound very intimidating (in a good way) 🙂
I’m Pia, I’m a graphic designer from Australia and I’m excited to learn more about WordPress by approaching it from a customer support perspective. I made a site for this course here, which I’m looking forward to making better as we learn lots more!

Hi, nice to meet you all!

My name is Justina, I am from Kaunas, Lithuania.

I do remember WordPress without plugins, so it must be more than 10 years since I started using it everyday 🙂

I am a freelance developer / project manager nowadays, and I contribute at Polyglots and Community teams. Support is my new passion since it joins my knowledge and personal skills, while also helping people. So this course is right on time!

Catology was created for the purpose of this course (believe it or not) 😀
